Wiilderworld.com is owned by Wiilder aps, Færøvej 5, 2800 Kgs Lyngby, Denmark. These Sales and Delivery Terms apply to all purchases made on wiilderworld.com and are attached to each e-mail purchase confirmation.
Wiilderworld.com cannot be held responsible for typographical errors, pricing errors, changes to VAT, currency and taxes, price rises, force majeure, goods that have been discontinued/sold out or our suppliers’ failure to deliver.
wiilderworld.com is continuously being developed. We therefore reserve the right to update these Sales and Delivery Terms on a regular basis.

Our goods are available for order and purchase from our webshop at wiilderworld.com.
Wiilderworld.com is open 24 hours a day to allow you to shop at almost any time. We do, however, occasionally close the webshop for maintenance purposes. Purchases can be made when the webshop is open and available.
You must be aged 18 or over to shop on wiilderworld.com. If you are not yet 18, you must obtain your parents’ consent or own a card that you can use for payment.

You are responsible for your choice of goods and their suitability for the purpose for which you have purchased them. Before purchasing any goods, please read the product specification carefully.
For each purchase you make, you will be asked to accept the Sales and Delivery Terms that apply to your purchase. We encourage you to read these Sales and Delivery Terms carefully and familiarize yourself with the obligations and rights that these Sales and Delivery Terms occasion.
REJECTION OF PURCHASE:
We reserve the right not to sell to you if you have repeatedly returned purchased items or if we do not wish to sell to you for other substantial reasons.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
We send you an order confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address provided in your order. A binding purchase agreement will only have been entered into when you have received an order confirmation from us.
All prices on wiilderworld.com are provided in the following currencies inclusive of Danish VAT at 25%, taxes and shipping costs to the countries to which wiilderworld.com ships. For more information, please see the Delivery section.

Our prices are recommended retail prices. Unless we have stated a validity period, we reserve the right to change our prices without further notice. We will never change prices on goods for which an order has already been placed.
5. PAYMENT AND SECURITY
When purchasing goods from wiilderworld.com, you will need to use a debit or credit card.
wiilderworld.com is a secure website as all communication between our payment system and the card holder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer).
wiilderworld.com accepts the following debit and credit cards:
MasterCard, Diners Club, Maestro, JCB and American Express.
We only debit your card when your goods are shipped.
Card payments are subject to an administrative fee. This fee corresponds to the fee we pay the applicable card provider. This fee is included in the purchase price.
This fee only appears on your order when you have chosen the card with which you wish to pay. Before you accept, you will always be able to select a different card.

If an item is sold out or on back order, this will be stated on wiilderworld.com or on your order confirmation where your expected delivery date will also appear.
Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided by you and you have taken possession of the goods.
All goods purchased from wiilderworld.com will be delivered by UPS.
We cannot be held liable for delays to orders even if we have been made aware prior to your order that the order is a gift etc. that must reach you by a certain date.
It is not possible to collect goods in person from our company address as all shipping takes place from a centralized warehouse located elsewhere.
We only bear the risk for correct and secure transport to the address indicated by you as the delivery address.
After delivery, you bear responsibility for the goods. The risk of accidental loss of the goods only transfers to you on expiry of the return period. The burden of proof that the goods have been accidentally lost rests with you.

If you are not at home when delivery is made, but have authorized the freight company to deliver without a receipt and then discover that the package is damaged, please contact email@example.com
9. 14 DAYS’ RIGHT TO CANCEL
When you shop on the Internet and with wiilderworld.com, you have 14 days’ right to cancel your order. During this period, you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods to us. If you cancel your order, we offer free return of the goods to wiilderworld.com. Please use the attached return address label.
Your 14-day right to cancel runs from the delivery date. If the cancellation period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the period will be extended to the following working day. For multiple products that are contained in one order, but are delivered individually, or goods delivered in several lots, the period will run from the delivery of the last item or lot.
After delivery, you may only handle the goods in such a way as to enable you to ascertain the nature and properties of the goods and the way in which they work.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must provide us with a declaration of cancellation no later than 14 days after delivery of the goods.
The terms of cancellation are also shown in your order confirmation.
When you exercise your right to cancel, we also ask you to please contact us to agree the details of the return.

When we have received the returned goods and checked that they meet the requirements for your right to cancel, you will receive an e-mail with the details of your returned goods. We will refund you the amount you paid us when you purchased the goods minus any applicable reduction in value. The refund may take up to five working days to appear on your account. Our refund will always be made to the debit or credit card you used to purchase the goods.
When returning goods, you must ensure that they are securely packaged. You are liable for the package/goods until we receive them. Please keep your postal receipt and any tracking number, if applicable.
You must pay the cost of returning the goods to us if you cancel your order.
We require that you return the goods as soon as possible after notifying us of the fact that you wish to cancel your order. Goods must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation.
Please note! We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
When returning goods, please attach a copy of your order confirmation or other purchase documentation. In point 9.
You may lose the purchase price, in whole or in part. This applies if the value of the goods has been reduced because:
you have started using the goods
the goods have been damaged while you were responsible for them
you have handled the goods differently to what was necessary in order to ascertain the nature or properties of the goods or the way in which they work
you have not complied the limitations to your right to cancel that follows from the seal on the goods, product type etc.
10. COMPLAINTS – IF THE GOODS ARE DEFECTIVE
Your purchase is governed by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including its provisions for defects. This means that you can have defective goods repaired, exchanged or refunded or receive a reduction in purchase price – depending on the circumstances.
Your complaint must be legitimate and the defect must not have arisen as a consequence of incorrect use of the goods or other damaging conduct.

Providing as much detail as possible, please also state what the problem is. If you are able to document the problem with photographs, so much the better. This is not a requirement, but it will facilitate our processing of your complaint and minimize processing time.

WE REFUND REASONABLE SHIPPING COSTS IF YOUR CLAIM IS FOUND TO BE JUSTIFIED
If your claim is justified, we will refund any reasonable shipping costs involved in returning the goods to us. If not, you must pay shipping costs, including our shipping costs for returning the goods for inspection.
Remember that goods must always be shipped in secure packaging. Also remember to keep your shipping receipt. You are liable for the package/goods until we receive them. Please keep your postal receipt, including information on shipping costs, and any tracking number, if applicable.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery etc.
We assume no liability for goods lost in transit when they are returned to us in connection with your complaint.
The warranty period runs for two years from the date of delivery. In order to be able to raise a complaint, you are required to inspect the goods on delivery and notify wiilderworld.com within a reasonable time period.
If you are reporting a defect, wiilderworld.com is entitled to inspect the defect and assess whether the defect has been caused by faulty materials or production, other errors or incorrect usage. When we have had time to investigate your complaint, we will contact you by e-mail in order to reach a resolution that is acceptable to all parties.
Complaints pertaining to a product from wiilderworld.com is conditional and will not be valid if you have used the goods incorrectly and such use has caused the defect. A complaint will be deemed to be justified if:
You have not modified the delivered goods.
The product has not been subjected to rough physical treatment or misuse in any way (The product has been handled correctly
wiilderworld.com will determine whether a defective product should be replaced or refunded. You are entitled to complain about defective goods whose defects arise within 24 months of delivery. You must submit your notification of such defect within a reasonable time of the defect being discovered.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION APPLICABLE TO M-STATION
The warranty covers all m-station components and spare parts with the exception of the yellow line (strings) which wiilderworld.com is not under obligation to replace under this warranty.
12. LIABILITY FOR COMMERCIAL PURCHASES
Wiilderworld.com cannot be held liable for delayed delivery.
Wiilderworld.com cannot be held liable for the loss of data or programmes during investigations of complaints concerning defects or repairs.
Wiilderworld.com cannot be held liable if goods sold by us cause: (1) indirect damage or consequential
damage and wear and tear, (2) loss of profit, salary, income, (3) losses that could have been avoided by taking reasonable measures, including, but not limited to, backing up all data or (4) losses caused by force majeure.
Our liability is in any event limited to DKK 200,000 per incident or per product (we cover the lowest of the two amounts).
We accept product liability for personal injury/death to the extent that this cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions.
